The WHS Counseling Center is here to help!

The counselors are here to assist you in creating your schedule, meeting your educational goals, college and career planning, achieving those graduation requirements, or helping you deal with problems you may have. See your counselor before the problem becomes major and overwhelming.

Class of 2025 Herff Jones Graduation Product Information

Class of 2025! Congratulations on all your hard work! You are almost there!

Herff Jones, our graduation product company, is ready to take your orders. The deadline to order announcements and caps and gowns and take advantage of early bird discount is December 20th. Prices increase January 1st. You can order your cap and gown, Class of 2025 Senior Gear, Senior Jacket (not a Letterman jacket), Letterman Jacket, Class Rings, Graduation Announcements and Accessories.

To Order a Senior Jacket (not Letterman) pick up the order form from Mrs. Abeyta in the counseling center. You can turn it into Herff Jones representatives when they are here in person on Oct. 9, or Nov. 4. Information to order the jacket online is coming soon. The deadline to order the senior jacket is November 14 for delivery by beginning of 2nd semester.

Announcements will be delivered to the school in March. Distribution date TBD.

Senior Picture and Senior Ad Information

SENIOR PICTURE AND SENIOR AD INFORMATION

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR CLASS OF 2025 SENIOR PICTURE AND SENIOR AD (if you choose) IS OCTOBER 31.

ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE DONE ONLINE.

Once on the website, type in Widefield, Widefield High School should pop up. Select.

From this point you can order your yearbook, create a senior ad and/or at the bottom of the page, submit your senior picture via Snap Yearbook. The code to submit your senior picture is WHS.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A PHOTO, YOUR SCHOOL ID PHOTO WILL BE PLACED IN THE YEARBOOK. IF NO PHOTO IS UPLOADED, TAKEN AT REGISTRATION OR ON MAKE-UP PHOTO DAY, YOUR PICTURE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE YEARBOOK!

Registration Information

The following documents are required for registration:

Proof of Residence
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Previous school Name, Address & Phone Number

The following documents may also be requested:

Transcript from previous school
Withdrawal grades from previous school
Power of Attorney or guardianship
Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan

We will request the above documents from your child's previous school; however, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that we receive the records in a timely manner.

TO WITHDRAW YOUR STUDENT:

Please contact us at 719-391-3115 to withdraw your student. Only a parent or guardian may dis-enroll a student and we will need the name and address of the school that your student is transferring to.

All books and uniforms must be returned and all outstanding fees must be paid before an official transcript will be released.

If possible, please contact the registration office at least a week before your child plans to dis-enroll. This will allow our office to assemble the necessary transfer documents and ensure that the transition is as easy as possible.
