Class of 2025 Herff Jones Graduation Product Information

Class of 2025! Congratulations on all your hard work! You are almost there!

Herff Jones, our graduation product company, is ready to take your orders. The deadline to order announcements and caps and gowns and take advantage of early bird discount is December 31st. Prices increase January 1st. You can order your cap and gown, Class of 2025 Senior Gear, Letterman Jacket, Class Rings, Graduation Announcements and Accessories.

For all Seniors that ordered a senior jacket, they should be delivered sometime in January. Stay tuned for updates.

Important Dates for Class of 2025 Seniors

IMPORTANT DATES

WHS Prom: April 26, 2025, 6pm - 11pm, Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Theme: Wicked

Junior Parent Night with Ms. Hildebrand: April 30, 2025. WHS auditorium 6pm.

Senior Finals: May 12 - 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th hours. Full day, normal schedule.

Senior Finals: May 13 - 1st, 2nd, 4th hours. Lunch. Senior Meeting during 5th hour - 11:20am to 12pm. Seniors dismissed afterwards.

Senior Check Out: May 14 - Location and times TBD.

Senior Awards Night: May 14 - WHS Auditorium, 6pm. Deadline to submit all items to be considered for awards night is April 30! Send all college acceptance letters, financial awards and scholarship offers to Ms. Hildebrand by April 30. hildebrandjill@wsd3.org.

Senior Celebration: May 16 - Donuts and juice, sign yearbooks, 10:30am, location TBD

Graduation Rehearsal: May 16 - 11:30am - 2pm, C.A. Foster Stadium. All fines/conditions must be paid by rehearsal time or graduation tickets will be held.

Graduation: May 17 - 10am. C.A. Foster Stadium. (Inclement weather location: Bowers Gymnasium) Seniors need to arrive at 8:30am to check in - science hall. Gates to stadium open at 9am.

Registration Information

The following documents are required for registration:

Proof of Residence
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Previous school Name, Address & Phone Number

The following documents may also be requested:

Transcript from previous school
Withdrawal grades from previous school
Power of Attorney or guardianship
Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan

We will request the above documents from your child's previous school; however, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that we receive the records in a timely manner.

TO WITHDRAW YOUR STUDENT:

Please contact us at 719-391-3115 to withdraw your student. Only a parent or guardian may dis-enroll a student and we will need the name and address of the school that your student is transferring to.

All books and uniforms must be returned and all outstanding fees must be paid before an official transcript will be released.

If possible, please contact the registration office at least a week before your child plans to dis-enroll. This will allow our office to assemble the necessary transfer documents and ensure that the transition is as easy as possible.

WHS Yearbook

The LAST DAY to purchase a WHS yearbook is January 17th, 2025. If you do not purchase a Yearbook BEFORE the deadline you will be waitlisted, and may miss your chance to get one for this school year.
