CLASS OF 2026 GRADUATION PICTURES

There are two options to purchase graduation pictures.

FROM GRADIMAGES: PLEASE GIVE TWO WEEKS FROM DATE OF THE EVENT BEFORE LOOKING FOR YOUR PROOFS.

GradImages production department has the images and needs to process, ID, and prepare the images. This approximately takes up to 10 business days.

INFORMATION REGARDING REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR PICTURES FOR THE YEARBOOK

** PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS INFORMATION FROM THE CLASS OF 2026. NEW DEADLINES WILL BE COMING ONCE SCHOOL BEGINS AGAIN IN AUGUST 2026.

Class of 2026 Seniors can upload their senior pictures for the yearbook at https://photos.jostens.com/7u7f37
The deadline to submit a senior picture for the yearbook is November 1st, 2025.
If you do not submit a personal picture, the yearbook committee will use your picture ID photo from Lifetouch.

Specifications for Portraits

• The picture you submit should be original and of good quality.

• Pictures will be submitted digitally via Jostens.

Head and shoulder shots ONLY!
All photos should be above the waist.
Only school related props may be in the photo; this includes items that may be associated with the school activities, sports, or clubs you are involved in.
All pictures must be in COLOR. No black & white photographs will be accepted.

All clothing must follow WHS dress code. This may be found in your student handbook (this particularly applies to shirts, hats, and hoodies). NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

The Yearbook Staff reserves the right to deny any portrait that does not fit these requirement (including photos of poor quality).

About Photographers

Students may choose any photographer as long as the portrait meets the specifications. Reserve a sitting time as early as possible as the turn around time may be lengthy.

Registration Information

The following documents are required for registration:

Proof of Residence
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Previous school Name, Address & Phone Number

The following documents may also be requested:

Transcript from previous school
Withdrawal grades from previous school
Power of Attorney or guardianship
Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan

We will request the above documents from your child's previous school; however, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that we receive the records in a timely manner.

TO WITHDRAW YOUR STUDENT:

Please contact us at 719-391-3115 to withdraw your student. Only a parent or guardian may dis-enroll a student and we will need the name and address of the school that your student is transferring to.

All books and uniforms must be returned and all outstanding fees must be paid before an official transcript will be released.

If possible, please contact the registration office at least a week before your child plans to dis-enroll. This will allow our office to assemble the necessary transfer documents and ensure that the transition is as easy as possible.
