Master Chief Melonas retired from the US Navy after 30 years of honorable service. He has been teching at Widefield Highschool since Fall of 2018.
He is a fully certified NJROTC Instructor who holds a Master in Training Specialist status. He is also a Surface Warfare and Aviation Warfare Specialist.
He has a BS degree in Workforce Education and Organizational Development from Southern Illinois University.
Master Chief Melonas' principle goals as an educator are to ensure the safety of students and aspire them to achieve higher levels of education to enhance their future careers. Physical fitness and healthy lifetyles are also a plus.
